What’s In the Works for Inspired Sisters?

Greetings, Sister!

Apologies first for the seemingly duplicate emails you might have received two weeks ago – just a little spring-cleaning mishap!

So what’s on the horizon? And what ever happened to the possible marriage study scheduled for March? Keep reading!

“Jesus” Livestream Event by Sight & Sound: April 2, 2021

If you’ve ever watched or experienced in-person any of the Sight & Sound productions, you know how exciting and extraordinary they are. Last year, Sight & Sound partnered with TBN network as a way to offer their productions amidst COVID issues, and they also offered livestreaming through their own website as well. Though it is an amazing time physically being at a live production, the stories and on-screen productions were no less inspiring. That said, they are offering the livestream of “Jesus” on Good Friday, April 2, 2021. Perhaps you may have already watched it last Easter when they ran it, but if you haven’t, I think you will enjoy it. So if it sounds like something you are interested in, let me know. The location will be determined at a later date.

Marriage Bible Study (for Women!)

Earlier last year, I participated in a Facebook/online bible study last year led by Holly Furtick of Elevation Church. I found it to be very challenging and well put together…so much so that I mentioned back at the Womens Retreat in November that I would attempt to lead the study beginning this month (March). Assuming that the study was available to anyone, well, you know what they say about assuming! So while the workbooks are available to anyone, the videos are not. The workbook does refer back to the videos often, so it may be a challenge to attempt the study without them, but I suppose it can be done and would be willing to try. I would like to think that us ladies can share enough and encourage each other enough that the study can be beneficial anyway. What are your thoughts? Would you be interested anyway? I’ve already downloaded the book (it’s $15). If you would like to see a sample, I can share a few pages with you so you can get a feel for it and decide for yourself. Let me know: mperry@kassay.com. To make is less formal and more personal, we can even try a zoom bible study!

Hikes & Walks

April 17th will be on the calendar as a Sunrise Hike to Pulpit Rock from the Hamburg Reservoir. Twilight begins at 5:51, and sunrise is at 6:20. Text Marie at 610-587-2136 if you’re interested, and you’ll be included in a group text/chat (for security reasons, I will not be publicly posting the meet time and place). With it not being fully light at that time and with the time constraint, the hike up is via the road-trail. This can be challenging due to the steep grade of the road at one point. All ladies are welcome, but I just want you to be aware.

It’s a new year, and there will be much more to come!
