It’s been a while since we’ve hosted our annual Women’s Conference, but God’s timing is always perfect.
We are blessed to welcome Pastor Jennifer Eckhart to lead us in worship, and in sharing her message, “Stained Glass Life”, based on John 10:10. It was certainly a “divine appointment” in how God brought Jennifer to our women’s conference, and we are excited to share that story with you at the Conference, and to give God all the glory!
Our event hostesses will open the Journey Cafe doors to welcome you at 8:15am for breakfast items such as yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, a variety of danish and muffins, and mini bagels with cream cheeses and butter. There will also be coffee, teas, and juices available.
Our program then begins at 9:15am with live and interactive worship with Pastor Jennifer Eckhart of Blue Mountain Community Church and her team. If you have a Spotify account, you can check out her latest album release, Stained Glass Life, or visit her church website and listen to one of Jennifer Eckhart’s teachings with her husband, Pastor Cliff Eckhart.
Pastor Jennifer will take us through our morning session with Praise & Worship music and Messages.
At 12:15pm, we will join together to share our afternoon meal. We all know about the significance of participating in communion, but did you ever consider regular mealtime to be just as significant? Think about this, “Jesus called us to remember him and his sacrifice for us through a meal. When we eat together, we commune around this truth.” says Brad Watson in the article, “Eating Together, Welcome to the Gospel Feast” of Saturate.com. Our menu will feature items like chicken salad on croissants and sandwich wraps, a salad bar, fresh fruit, and a variety of soups.
Our photobooth will be available during this time, so grab your friends and have some fun smiling for the camera.
Our afternoon sessions will contain pre-recorded sermon teachings by Sadie Robertson Huff, Jada Edwards, and Jackie Hill Perry, from Jennie Allen’s IF:Gathering.
The conference ends with a gift raffle, some follow-up discussion, and closing prayer-time.
Throughout the event, desserts, coffee, refreshments, and snacks will be available. And, we are thankful for any items you wish to contribute to our dessert/snack table.
The ticket price for this event is $40.00 if registered by May 6th, or $45.00 if you arrive on the day of the event. We have online registration available for you, but we would appreciate your payment either in person, by mail, or via Venmo or similar at your earliest convenience.
You can also visit the event on our Faceboook page, or contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
♥ Hope to see you there!
