Progress Employability

This project started in January 2007 and came to end in March 2008. The project supported delivery of 13 week programme funded by Job Centre Plus in partnership with Wai Yin Chinese Women Society, KYP and Bolton EMBS for people claiming JSA, Incapacity Benefit or Income Support..

This programme can include:

· ESOL / Literacy / Numeracy

· CV Preparation

· Interview Skills

· Job Search

· Confidence Building Activities

· Short Courses ( Health & Safety, First Aid, Food & Hygiene)

· Work placement ESOL/Literacy/Numeracy support

The project also covered childcare costs for participants on the programme as well as any travel costs .

The programme was designed to help unemployed in every way possible to get them back in to work.
