What is an NVQ?

An NVQ is a qualification based on competence in the workplace.
NVQ’s are qualifications about work.
They are based on standards of competence set by your industry.
NVQ’s have the full backing of Government, CBI and TUC. 

What is expected from you?

Nothing, it’s free and you don’t need any formal qualifications.
All we ask is that you are employed in a Retail Environment aged 19+ and are prepared to take a responsible attitude towards your learning and development.

Opportunities for you

Work based learning is designed to enable everyone to become qualified and get more prospects.
In particular it gives everyone the opportunity to achieve a National Vocational Qualification.
